Bro its like you underestimate what unilag admission officers can do ooo. Last year i was moving all over the place with someone who was just admitted. They will gladly send you up and down for trivial matters like putting your Birth cert before your jamb result, you must have coloured docs supported with white and blacks, each time you enter the office the officer will first screen you with eyes then tell you "my frnd is that how to hold your file?" and you'll be like sorry sir, then he'll say sorry for yourself, get out of my office and come back prepared in the next 30mins. You'll go back in 30mins and you'll hear the man is not on seat or has gone home, come back tomorrow. Tomorrow when you come back and the man eventually collects your files he'll start looking for mistakes, if your docs are not coloured, he'll gladly send you back. Those guys will frustrate you if you ain't careful, i'll advice you to start going for screening the first day it starts so you'll have enough time to deal with them. I saw an old man than during screening, if you see the way this admission woman dey order the old man around eeh. The old mans files were rough and arranged in no particular order, the man was shaking all over, people were even helping him to arrange and re-arrange. So sir, i implore you to give them no reason to frustrate your life. Go with enough coloured docs. A word. Was as if I had no other business other than parading unilag

Sometimes, it's not jamb's fault, it's the school that makes the mistake. Mostly typographical error.

Find your way to obalende, from there ask where u will get a cab going to jamb office, the cab fit no full for an hour o, only few people dey go there. you can get obalende from oshodi.

Highest cutoff last year was Mass communication which was 65 followed by Accounting 63 & SLT, 61.

Business administration was 60...

but my question is, if they divide there cut off mark by 8, wht hope does someone dt got 160 in jamb have? This is crazy I got 228 in jamb, now my yabatechs result is 45, how's smeone dt got 160 going to pass?

Yabatech is only adhering to JAMB authoritation of 150 as her cutoff.
I wouldn't have adviced someone with below 190 to apply for the school because they have lots of aspirants; even more than almighty UNILORIN...

Laspotech would have sufficed.

That's a lie, there are many of my course mates that don't have admission letter till now and they don't have a problem but they've told them it would be rectified.
During screening, they check your name on the list before they answer you with or without admission letter.

yeah but later on the admission must reflect on jamb site or else someone will have difficulty in going for NYSC. When I gained admission to the Polytechnic,I didn't bother myself to check on jamb site . Fast forward to this year when I wanted to do registration for this year DE ,it affected me cos jamb doesn't have my admission details. though it wasn't only me ,infact not my school alone. But in the long run,all got sorted out. So what I am trying to say is that ur admission status must reflect on jamb site.

u av 2 get anoda scratch card, cos it can only be used 4 one service. it happened 2 me yestaday 2, i had 2 buy anoda card 4 my admission leta.

Hello people!
Please help me what can I do.... I passed the unilag's cut off marks for geology... And I haven't been given admission yet and someone told me that my jamb combination was wrong. My jamb combination is eng, maths,chem,bio.... They said I should have done physics instead of biology and it was stated clearly in the jamb brochure that its either physics or biology... Please get back as soon as possible.
