I don't think the computation of the CUN has gotten to 100 thousand PCMs yet. I may be wrong though, but I want to know any one whose CUN reads this way; 099*** or less......
I want to believe that they started computing d numbers from 101*** and not 001*** as most people feel. If my premise is correct, then it's logical to conclude that persons whose CUN read 101*** to 150*** will definitely get their most preferred states...
