I have this ACURA 2003 but I don't known how water get in into the car whenever there is rainfall I have try check everywhere but there is no any opening thou it is only foot mat that get soak

If rainfall enter ya car.. Sunshine should dry it..

Possible areas:
Sunroof leak
Shoddy Windshield repair
Blocked or wrong repairs of the gutters on the car that directs water away from the top to the bottom
Underbody rust
Poor seals

Check and revert

You can derect the leak manually by doing either,
1. Sit in duiring a rainfall and observe or
2. Visit a car wash, sit inmside while they splash water and observe.

In this case, a water leak into a car could be one of many reasons. Nobody here on this forum could possibly tell you where the leak is coming in from without a proper physical
examination of the car.

You may end up with suggestions that may point you in the direction of where the problem lies but it may not be conclusive.

My best advice would be to take the car to a well experienced panel beater to help you search for the leak.

same happened to me mine was blocked ac hose that could be the culprit
