Well, from your post here, you did not state what you were defrauded of, neither did you post an evidence of her said crime and you went ahead to upload her pictures and her so called boyfriend's tel. No.

I hope you know the offence when you commit character assassination as that is a full blown felony and you can go to jail for this. Better have your evidence intact.
