Pathological incompetence is when you blame your under-performance on others.

This is exactly what APC is now known for. The next blame now will be when an APC man cannot impregnate his wife, it will be attributed to PDP.

Surprisingly, many people don't still understand. APC knew Nigeria was in a bad shape and promised to come and fix Nigeria. Now they are blaming PDP instead of fixing Nigeria simply because they cannot perform.

I now see why some people hold the view that APC is / was a scam.
