Lets put away sentiments and be honest with ourselves

There is no way Saraki will get justice in this country

The judiciary is very tightly controlled by the executive. The VP is a lawyer by profession and is obviously 'golf-buddies' with most of the top justices in Nigeria

As if that is not bad enough, Tinubu is the shadow behind him

Then theres PMB, who in the judiciary wants to cross him when they see what the no 3 man in the country is going through

I sit on the fence concerning this Saraki issue, his own party is doing this to him, talk about no loyalty, even to the no 3 man in the country
They are willing to throw him under the bus to teach every other party member a lesson, tow the party line or get out.

PMB is also keeping quiet while allowing the underlings to do the work, if Saraki falls, its two birds with one stone, be hailed internationally for fighting corruption while removing any chance of Saraki contesting for the presidency in 2019 plus not being the anointed candidate for senate president

Saraki is in a tough spot, he cannot switch to PDP now, if he does, any possible heavyweight financial donor will see him as a feeble candidate for president given how many people have fought against this issue

He is still part of the north, so he must get some heavyweight cabal members on his side, he owns kwara pretty much plus his family name, so he has the money and manpower to fight back being the no 3 man.

If Saraki falls, I hope he ends a lot of politicians careers as well plus it will be good for our immature democracy, if he survives, no doubt he will contest in 2019, why, he fought against PMB, Judiciary, CCB, Tinubu and won, talk about political power, donors will flock plus he will frustrate any legislative agenda PMB has and they will regret the day they decided to end him
