That's true but since ur margin isn't much and u get leg too,just go start reading ur Psalms and pray.

Ok,let me make it simple enough.
It's a letter headed paper,formal letter,titled "Letter of reference/recommendation",the body of the letter speaks about ur good quality affirmed by the writer(Pastor,Imam,Lawyer or CEO of a company),signature and date.If stamp is available,it can be stamped as well.

it won't affect u. in formal letters its always adviceable to use dear Sir especially if u don't know if d person is male or female
