well, it all depends on ur level adviser-exam officer-HOD-Dean of faculty or college up to the senate in that order

but wait,

1 is it a 1st or 2nd semester?

2 if 1st semester, I doubt whether ur skul will rush into treating and releasing ur result as approved by the senate separately rather than doint that same time with the entire departmental or faculty results including other
levels

3 if its 2nd semester, then the skul 'might' rush in making the result available in other to avail the entire final year grads the opportunity of being mobilized

4 when the result comes out, do not forget to lobby ur SAO or DSA as the case may be

5 In summary it all depends on ur skul. I only tried to analyzed the scenerio surrounding ur question

It all depends on the time when A16 registration will start and end.
Actually it takes like a minimum of 1 month from when you completed your exams to when it can be ready for uploading.
And this time frame depends on the speed of processing of result in your institution.
From the lecturers to level coord to department to faculty and then senate (senate meeting). And then DSA uploading it.

My dear it may not be possible if A16 is March because of the following.
U are rounding up February, when is ur result coming out? Maybe March, u can't round up exams February and get ur result approve by Senate that same month.
When are you going to do ur clearance? Maybe March.
What time will ur name be sent to nysc?
When is A16 starting and ending online registration?
I think you can only go with A16 if service is April or May.
In my skull, we end up this month 16th but we can't make B15 which is next month.
But miracles can happen. Am not an authority.
