Dear members,

MY 2007 Rav4, is always difficult to start every time I refuel. I have changed the fuel pump as suggested, but it is still the same situation.

You need proper diagnosis of your injection system

Its a 2007 car, scan it brother. don't do anything else till its scanned properly.

A scan might not shown any faults related to the current problem.

You need to run a good diagnosis on that car. A scan might and might not pick the culprit. But using actual values. Square wave pattern, sine wave pattern on your fuel trim would help
Like causes.
Fuel delivery system ranging from weak fuel pump, clogged up fuel filter
Bad phase or cam sensors
Bad speed refernce sensor

A proper trouble shooting would help out

Check your evap system .Your purge valve is probably stuck open .
