You are not getting the point. Nobody is rating epl above la Liga currently but the competitiveness within; the pace, doggedness, kick and run style, physique and set piece. Most players struggle with what I mentioned above in epl hence their inconsistency and injury but pique himself is average defender just like Valdez.
