For that last 4 months my urine keeps changing colours, sometimes it changes to pure white while sometimes it changes to yellow, and i keep urinating every two hours. Please what is the cause of my ailment??

It is either you have an infection or you do not take enough water.
Do well to ask yourself these questions:
what type of fluids do i consume often ( dark stout, malt drinks, coca cola, fanta)?
what is my lifestyle like ? Women ...?
you need to make changes. If the those changes don't work, then you need to see a urologist
