All southern states have to come together and declare serious war on Fulani herdsmen in their regions with press statement and gathering.

OPC, Massob, Mend and the rest have to put their tribal interest aside for now to fight a common enemies. They need their men at their boundaries towns and villages so as to stop these Fulani herdsmen from coming into their regions.

If Fulani kills one person in the South, let Southerner kill 10 Fulanis in retaliation and prepare to kill more continously.
