Visit revdl.com and download gta sa apk with cleo mod. After downloading, install it as an update over the current apk you are using. Now search for gta sa android cleo app on google and download it. Install it and you'll find some scripts inside it. Just select them an you are good to go. Now, when playing your gta. Just swipe from the top of your screen to the bottom and the cleo cheats will appear. You can download more cleo .csi scripts online.
