I really don't know how some pple ar seeing dat dey ar av bn deployed wit stream one or two...wen nysc time-table clearly says dat deployment by ICT wil b from 14th - 20th oct..... wat u ar seeing myt be as a result of some abandoned page dat some happened to get a link to nd sharing everywhere....
