My honest opinion, forget all these Ino, gionee and buy good brand like HTC or Sony within your range or better buy a neatly used Samsung S3 or S3 mini.

Konga advertised it last few weeks @23700 but don't know the current price. It was a product lunched in first quater of the year but available for sale around may-june or so. Though I bought mine from souq.com in uae around 24k. Hope it helps.
