bro any system can play fifa 15,16, or pes 14 and above all u need to do is to know the specification of the system u will buy that will suit ur desire let me recommend some for u Get hp pavilion g9 intel processor core i7, RAM at least 4gb. speed 2.4ghz and above hdd 750. the hdd may be lower . the main important thing u need is the GRAPHIC MEMORY CARD THE SYSTEM THAT WILL PLAY FIFA AND PES 14, 15, 16 NORMAL must have at least 2 GB dedicated graphic card. this are the specification of the system im using and im playing all this game on it perfectly.

My brother don't mind dem... since u want to play Pes and fifa, just buy laptop with Nvidia Graphic 1GB at least.. if the laptop like let the processor be O.2Ghz it will play smoothly
