I applied for a driver's licences and unfortunately a mistake was made in my address and date of birth. I can't use it to verify an account online which was the reason I applied for d license. Is there any software I can use to edit and make the correction? I can't reapply for another the current one hasn't expire.

If the error is administrative, they would rectify and reissue.

I was told the fault was mine but am sure of details I gave to them.

Then simply request a copy of the original form you submitted, to put the burden of responsibility back to them.
