Couldn't just believe this! I woke up in the morning, checked the condition of my car to make sure everything was perfect in preparation to leave for my work place having come for Sallah. I went inside to coordinate my family so we would leave on time, then, I just heard a big sound!!! Behold what happened to my car when I got out..... A guy in the neighborhood had bashed my car where I parked it. Now the mystery will astonish u. This is beyond my understanding considering the fact that u are overspeeding when u do 20km on that Street. Now the effect of this bashing looks really like d guy did 100km. And come to think of it, his house from where he left was just 7th building to where I parked my car. Couldn't just blv a lighter weight camry pencil could move a heavy weight Benz away from its position and even slam it again the wall which broke down too. And there was about 13 feet space between where I parked the car and the wall. Well, Allah knows best!

Well, I did normal insurance with Oasis Insurance. I don't know if the coy could take up this case. More enlightenment pls!!!

i dnt no if ur insurance covers demage on ur car but, deres dis kind of car insurance people do dat if ur car gets damaged, stolen, or even damaged beyond repair... d insurance company will either replace d car or pay for d repairs...... bt find out wot ur oasis insurance covers to no if d car can b replaced or repaired.... u can get d info from oasis itself

Really nothing to be proud of; rather on the contrary. Almost anyone can step hard on the gas. Common sense only dictates where and when.

Sorry about the ugly incident, may God give you the help to replace the car.
That CAMRY us not a light weight car based on its dimensions and drive. It weighs 1,360kg while your benz while your Benz weighs 1,449kg a difference of 89kg.

I suppose that what u call 'normal' is the third party policy that costs N5,000.00 as opposed to comprehensive insurance.

The third party policy merely covers injuries or damage caused to other people/vehicles by you. Thus the policy will not cover any damage to your vehicle. The fellow who caused damage to your vehicle will be held responsible if he has a valid third-party policy. His third party policy will cover damages caused to your vehicle even including the fence that was pulled down by the impact.

You should have involved the Police from the onset as the Insurance company will require a Police report. But the starting point for you is to confirm that the other guy has a valid policy and not those ones they issue for N1,000 at Licensing offices.
