As for the experience, hmmn! My LG is the biggest in the whole of Oyo state! So u av to queue for like 3 hours 'under the sun or in the rain' to sign for CDS or Payment Voucher (PV)! But now, I use a friend's inhaler as my excuse...I just pretend like I'm having an attack and they all clear for me to sign!
