We had a Ph.D holder that couldn't differentiate left from right. Then again, Nigeria is all about titles. Dr, Alhaji, Honorable, etc. matter more to Nigerians than the ability to utilize the brain for critical thinking.

If people like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, etc. (College drop outs) were Nigerians, their knowledge would never have seen the light of the day because they have no piece of paper that says they are smart.

Well after all is said and done, the same Ph.D holders will line up to become Dangote truck drivers which means that certificate is what it is but not a pointer to success. A Ph.D holder who lost his job to a supposed high school graduate should be ashamed forever. How low can it get?
