U can't fight crime when the crime fighters are part of the crime. With what I heard directly from many victims some years ago,it will be difficult to stop drug trafficking in Nigeria. Some of NDLEA members get "settlements" from these drug traffickers and aid them in avoiding prosecution. As long as u "settle" properly,u have no problems as a trafficker!
