Tribunal Nullifies Election Of Bashir Marafa Of Taraba by midolian(op): 2:53pm On Sep 30, 2015

The election of a Peoples Democratic Party senator, Bashir Marafa, representing Taraba Central Senatorial district has been nullified by the election tribunal in Jalingo, Taraba state.

In a ruling today, the tribunal ordered that the candidate of the All progressives Congress (APC), Yusuf A Yusuf to be given the Certificate of Return as the lawful winner of the April 2015 election.

I'm quite sure he'll prefer this to the false records he had already submitted to the CCB.

Many political office holders don't sleep well these days. Many of their wealth projections from intended looting already entered in their submitted asset declaration forms, a la Saraki, have become a self imposed cross and would now try to delay their mandatory journey to Golgotha.
