Loan of 100k @ 50%? You mean per annum or "flat"?

You also wrote "April 2015" twice? Do you mean April 2016?

I am not a prospective lender but these are just my observations.

pls be a little more explicit. did you mean april 2016. and do you mean the lender would be getting 50percent monthly while principal remains intact?
