PRESIDENTIAL SPEECH: No Economic Plans by bilulu(op): 7:54am On Oct 01, 2015
I carefully listen to the Presidential broadcast but one thing struck my mind. I waited to hear what he has to say about the economy but to my greatest dismay nothing about the economy. I believe in a presidential speech the President should be able to touch a lot of the critical sectors and give us an insight into what his plans are.
Long live the president
Long live the Federal republic of Nigeria

Like am beginning to fall in love with Wailers now! They are predictable and trustworthy! No matter what, they must come. They find fault with the aid of microscope because it's difficult to find at times.
Kudos to them!
Kudos to Nigeria!
Kudos to the President!
Kudos to Me for accepting them despite their flaws!
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE NIGERIA!

PRECISELY, THE SPEECH BY THE PRESIDENT WAS DRAB AND UNINTELLIGENT. IT WAS EMPTY AND AMBIGUOUS. THE MOST IMPORTANT FACETS OF OUR NATION WERE NOT DISCUSSED. THE PRESIDENT CHOSE TO IGNORE THE ECONOMY, DUE TO THE ABSENCE OF ECONOMIC ADVISERS OR AN ECONOMIC TEAM. HE WILL NEGLECT IT TILL THE ECONOMY STARTS TO ASK US SERIOUS QUESTIONS.

Excuse me op I don't think an independent speech with our current situation should dwell more on economy but rather national unity. Thanks
