I make washing soap only. I sell at embarrassingly low price, Just N40. This enable me to sell thousands every day.
As for ingredients, It depends on how you want it ( medicated or laundry) soap. I make my soap from only PKO and caustic soda, this increases my profit and saves me lots of money.

As for cost of production, it depends on your budget. I started with high density polyethylene mold, when my budget was tight. Now I can afford small soap cutter and larger molds to scale up production.

Really nice products. Assuming the images are your productions. Also consider printing quality packages. Selling in bars will reduce the value and profit. Also consider producing unmarked soaps for those who will buy, bag and sell in their brands and name.

On your website, I have few recommendations:

1. You will need an entirely website redesign. With all the content laid out more professionally.
2. Rearrange your content and group them better in pages.
3. You need an ecommerce and epayment section on the site to help you sell and process payments for the tutorial manuals.
4. Do setup a store to sell finished products like the the varieties of the soap. You can even resell production equipment.
5. You need News section on the website to post updates.
6. Integrate your Social media feeds on your website to expand your reach.
7. You also need forms for comments, submitting of feedbacks and a also user registration section to help you build your own client-base.
8. Add Live Chat to help you optimize your interaction with your visitors.

These and few more will help you.

I didn't just rip these pictures, from Google images. There are all mine. People who buy my soap, think they are made by multinational companies because of the crinkle design. They think they are extruded by plodder. In the soap making industry, a plodder is a soap extruder ( plodders extrude soap noodles under high pressure) to form billet/bars of soap.

Don't display your ignorance on a public forum such as this. Who boils oil with sodium hydroxide ? Who uses KOH to make a bar of soap ? Are u talking about liquid soap ? Do soap makers boil perfume during mixing to make soap or are you refering to essential oil or fragrance ?
