Hello Guys , Please my external hard disc is not seen by my computer when connected and such i cant access it. please what can i do?

you can try another USB cable with if it doesn't work open it and test the harddisk with another external hard-drive casine

If you're sure it's not the cable, then get a new hard disk casing as instructed you by the brother above me. The casing is the container housing the hard disk drive and it comes with a hard disk connector.

Hello,

Connect the external hard disk to your computer. Open device manager and double-click 'Disk Drives'. Is your external hard disk listed there?

Well， you could try to connect hard drive to another computer. See whether your computer is good or not.
