Please Nairalander, a friend of mine just reported he received a call from Alagbon police station that his contacts has been given to them by someone who claimed that he gave a bad comment of his Facebook page against his business. Please Is this real and true that making bad comment on fb page is now a crime? Or its absolutely a scam.
Please your opinion is urgently needed.

Meanwhile Op, it's a scam. I once got an sms supposedly from EFCC asking me to report to their office to answer questions in connection with a contact on my list.
I ignored it and till date, I no see vigilante talk more of EFCC.

The Police do sometimes call where all they have is your phone number & not an address. The call is not an "arrest" in itself but an "invitation". However whoever feels his reputation has been defamed should go to Court & not the Police. You get my drift...?
