The government has a budget, it's passed by the National Assembly (the people you voted in to represent you) if you're that interested, obtain the gazettes, the government expenditure, calculate and once you discover an anomaly, either call organizations like SERAP or inform EFCC. These figures may be true or otherwise. I don't think that's what we should be celebrating or making criticisms about. I think this present government is giving us more figures to work with. Transparency is my own take from it. The next budget for the next independence day celebration will be criticized using this 70 million figure next year. If it skyrockets to billions again, we'll have our say. |

And that is just the last for years..Billions Yet the APC spent just N70m this year on the same independence day of Nigeria celebration.And did anybody die?
