My HTC Sensation was infested with Time Service and Monkey Test Virus. I have done everything including factory reset but the problem is still there. I read about flashing but I don't understand it. Please help me.

Are you sure your device is not a clone?
Monkey Test and Time Service are malware from Chinese phones, the manufacturers usually bundle them with their ROM.

Anyways, if your device is rooted you can disable them.
I hear uninstalling just brings them back.

-Get root access if you haven't already.
-Install Lucky Patcher
-Grant it root access
-Freeze the Monkey Test and Time Service apps
