How about this 1...

The first alphabet for your surname wey matches any state name, na that state you the serve

Say your surname na Itoski, you the serve for Imo state... Donpsymon Delta

If the first alphabet no gree match you move to the second, or third or fourth e.g xylophone - Lagos
