i am a boy of 20yrs, there is a sickness in my body that is driving me crazy, am having a severe itching in my thighs and also in my genital, the itching always become worst in the night, and whenever i scratched it, it will bring a reddish rashes there, it's very annoying and so discomforting, please does anyone have any remedy to this crazy sickness. thanks.

I'd advise you to consult a dermatologist

The solution is very simple, just take a stroll into the nearest clinic and show it to a doctor, that's all.
