Like most 14 year old, Nihal Bitla loves playing computer games, and those who know him say he has a bright eyes, caring heart and a child like innocence. But his body is like that of an elderly man with wrinkled leathery skin, a bald, enlarged head, and withered limbs. He weighs 12.5kg, just under 2 stones and he is under 4 foots (1.2m)in height. Nihal who leaves on the outskirts of Mumbai, India, suffers from a rear genetic disorder called Hutchison-Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS), which causes him to age 8 times faster than normal.
