went to collect my certificate from sch nd my i.d card had 2 b submitted. when i complained abt d i.d card issue with camp reg, the guys @ d exams & records said i wouldn't need it once i present d certificate to thm.

Heard so too. So I submitted a while back when I travelled for other reasons, just to be on the safe end. You can submit by proxy though.
