Sorry to say this....
In my 3+ year stay at NSK, I've seen countless number of mad persons than I've seen the whole of my lifetime.
As in it's just so rampant that trekking a short distance, you must have seen like up to three or four of them mentally deranged persons.
I once heard it's as a result of their been too diabolical, as in the stuff backfires on them.
