Several factors may have been responsible for not seeing it; for example, all what I was seeing was "Next Page" because I was eager to submit early enough to get my desired states. Some people's issue was thumb printing, while some waited for mail notification. It was a friend that called my attention to it later. Truly, 21st is upon us.
