The National Bureau of Statistics released its September 2015 report of cost of fuel in various parts of Lagos Nigeria. The report reveals that Taraba State replaced Bayelsa as the most expensive state to purchase fuel in Nigeria.

The data also reveals fuel cost an average N95.18 (down 8.9% compared to August) in Nigeria despite claims that the government is still paying subsidy.

Seems black market is included in the survey because this September we did not buy petrol above 87 Naira in Rivers.

I Doubt though, maybe its an average price of the filling stations in Nigeria
