Hi great people, please I need your help with my htc Android phone. I recently started having some problems with it.
1. It still browses fine but, when it comes to downloading, it always get stuck at 17kb.
2. All my recently downloaded songs just disappeared.

Reset the phone... Are you trying to download into a M.Card or the phone memory? If M.Card, then try using another M.Card..

Does this happen a the time with all the browsers?
It might be from the network, or the server of the site you're downloading, or maybe the browser. You can use a download accelerator or a browser with multi threading like UC browser.

Are other files in the download folder still there?

Sure you didn't delete them or move them elsewhere? Next time you download move the files to another folder.
