Good day nairalanders,

For some days now, I have been in state of confusion: am actually thinking of digging a borehole but am afraid, I have no or just little idea on getting a professional borehole drillers and how much it might cost...
pls i would love to be enlightened by those, who boreholes have been dug for...
meanwhile, I wouldn't mind being educated by does who are into the business.
please help out, don't want to fall into hands of quacks.

thanks.

This depends on the depth and diameter of the proposed borehole coupled with the kind of formation in the location.

It's more expensive anywhere far from the coasts. In Lagos, phc, Owerri, warrie etc... It's about 150k. But for Abuja, you can expect up to 1 million if u will do with machine or 250k if u want to use aboki local ones...

P.s contact a civil engineer
