Dear peoples, How much is to rent a good 3 bed room flat at these places at enugu state nigeria, trans ekulu, independence layout, golf estate, zoo estate, cbn quaters, and other serene secure places in high brow or midled class

thanks some one who want relocate ask me to inquire for her, and she want a high brow area like the places i mentioned, she also want to know first class primary and secondary schools for d kid

I can only give you an informed estimate of golf estate . Three bed flats should be around 500k to 550k . There are 2 good and affordable schools within the estate----- sliver rooks and royal orchard. The sliverbrooks is owened by one British lady and fee is just about 70k while royal orchard collect a little above 90k.
