The photo is an android running on lollipop. It runs on a carefree launcher.
The notification panel works by swiping from down to up.
It also has a fake call app on the notification panel.
The phone in addition to 3g is also 4g.
U can change the font without root like Samsung.
It scans for other fonts and can install it.
It has a power saving options:
None with a white ui
Normal with a blue ui
Extreme with Just calls, text and time accessible
The phone feels solid.
Gionee didn't lie about the specs they outlined
The dialer, contact, message themes and other ui are just cute
The battery performance is better than the infinix hot note pro I used

now enjoying my new m3min. Let me tell you all that all the above reviews are real. Go for it, don't expect much screenshots, the phone is worth more than that price especially the Battery which I must say has been very excellent, lot of gestures, better camera, .....don't let me start the review again.

I love this phone but I need to exercise a little patience. If by November there's no M5 mini, or any gionee on a 5 inches screen with this specification then I'm going for this phone.

I don't think they will be a M5 mini cos it's specs will be the same with the M3, might be wrong though.

The main M3(not mini) comes wtih 5000mAh battery, i guess 4G LTE and lollipop will make the difference and a probable bump in memory, maybe 2/16GB.

The battery of Marathon 3 is quite impressive, as i used the phone from to 6am on Sunday to 7pm and was at 52%, though not heavily used but still say kudos to the battery, the phone is great one but the 4G is not really, and Lagging stuff is been experiencing. Add me on Whatsapp 07062183593.

Well, it has different chipset hence the difference in GHz

my own review......I bought mine last Saturday,at 16 500 @ finer in computer village.......so far......d phone has been serving me well.....it comes with a charger,nice earpiece(very nice),a magnet flip cover,a near transparent pouch, and screen protector nylon type,

+4.5" screen(just like gionee p4)
+nice speaker doesn't sound like chinko
+very portable
+its not as heavy has m2(I no cos I have the two phones)
+picture quality is good (front and back)
+it comes with waranty 12 + 3 month
