When I was a young boy in primary they told me human beings are the most advanced animals created but when I grew up I noticed that when lower animals want to defecate they will dig a hole, do their thing and cover it up afterwards. BUT O lawd in all my life its only in Naija that I will see a fully grown adult pull down in the middle of a major highway and defecate on the full glare and smelliness. Now if I narrow down to ask where could this animal have emanated from they will say I'm trivialising a national embarrassment but can any being rationalize this rubbish behavior.
The man ought to be thrown into the lagoon.

Maybe it's a symbolic gesture.....the man may have been showing his feelings for being held up in terrible bumper-to-bumper traffic on third mainland bridge by shitting on it! You know in some jurisdictions this could actually be considered as art!
