Should Nnamdi Kanu Rot In Jail Or Be Released? Opinions !!! by leederrty1997(op): 3:34pm On Oct 20, 2015
People are protesting right now in Port Harcourt over the arrest of Radio Biafra man, Nnamdi Kanu. The government saw him as a threat to the unity of Nigeria which led to his detention, while some Nigerians see him as a man of liberation.
In this case, opinions are needed. Should he be released or not...

the Nigerian government would not be intimidated. He would serve his due sentence.

Rot in jail on what charge(s)?

What crime(s) did he commit?

in saner societies he would have been charged to court.

If the FG knows it does not have a case they should set him free. Otherwise he should turn around and sue them for unlawful detention.

Lawless State, Nigeria. What have they done to all the Niger Delta Militants roaming free? They also fought for the respect, emancipation and self determination of the Niger Delta Area. What have they done to all the thieving politicians? What have they done to Shekau?

Note I am very proud Kalabari Ijaw of the Tom-Oruwari War Canoe House. I am no supporter of his.

He should not be released , Nipping terrorism at the bud would have probably stopped Boko Haram

Nnamdi Kanu is not Liberation , he was speaking against government , the people , spreading hate and lies

I see him as a terrorist in the making

otherwise

His mouth just earned him trouble

But sir, this Niger Delta and co you are talking about, is it not under the Nigerian map? Why excluding it from Nigeria? I will like to ask you a question, pls answer me, what really is Kanu's aim? Thanks

Let me inform you people, Kanu (whether he has aims or whether he is aimless), if he has committed a crime should be charged with such to court. Simple. If he is to be charged with libel or treason, then they should do so.

But arresting him using the DSS (assuming the story is even true) without charges is what I do not support. Kanu wants a sovereign country called Biafra. He wants secession of some parts of present Nigeria (especially in the eastern region) to form Biafra. I am not in support.

However, just like Dharma, JUSTICE DESTROYS THOSE WHO TRY TO DESTROY IT; AND JUSTICE PROTECTS WHEN PROTECTED; THEREFORE JUSTICE MUST NOT BE VIOLATED; FOR VIOLATED JUSTICE DESTROYS US.
