Please put your mind at rest. The ID card issue is no biggie. I was even told at Exams and Records that my Cert covers it after putting up resistance for a while. Why the ID card is needed in the first place is to place a face to the name on the SoR (which does not bear pictures sometimes). The certificate, however, is all encompassing; it covers the ID card without stress
