Buhari accept and conduct a referendum, and let Nigeria settle the Bifran issue, because the devlopment of Nigeria or this partcular part of the globe is at stake right now, Nigeria cannot move an inch if things continue like this, instaed ofrounding up and killing peaple, how many will you kill
before you will called a war criminal and be judged like Slobodan or Gbagbo or Nkunda, even if the constitution did not say anything about referendum but it can be modified, that constitution is created by a man not God, there is no need of they are only a few frustrated people, the same was said about Boko Haram.
