I sprayed my room last night with swan insecticide, I left my room for about 1 hour, came back slept in it. Woke up a couple of hours later with a blocked nose and difficult breathing and I'm having headaches. What can I do about this please |

Drink lots of water bro.. Make sure you Air your room throughout the day. After spraying insecticides in a room, leave it to settle for like 5mins then make sure you open up the windows for upto 2hrs before sleeping in that room. The agents insecticides are made of are anti respiratory in nature.... Try and see a Doctor for more guidance. 1 Like |
