Governor Rochas Okorocha on Thursday October 22,2015 attended the thanksgiving of the NSCDC, Imo State Command.The thanksgiving was held at Nigeria Security and Civil Defence headquaters, Okigwe road, Owerri. While at the event,he performed the foundation laying for the NSCDC, Imo Command Ultra Modern Cell after which he did the Arm/Security training flag off.
