i bought a tab from jumia, the tab na wash. it was retrieved by jumia. it's more than two weeks now, have not heard anything from them apart from being told that they received the phone. i don email tire, i contacted their cc on Twitter, no response. I don't have another #400 to waste for calling. order number 301711138-6979, abeg, make una help me. |

Thats why its important to buy from Jumia through an agent. Should issues arise, its easier for them to contact Jumia on ur behalf and have it resolved ASAP. Many of u dnt understand this. U order on ur own, then start luking for agent to help u wen problem arise. It will be hard. I advice u to continue mailing and calling them at intervals. Your issue will be resolved. Cc- Jumia |
