It’s shameful when someone says, “You are poor because you do not have enough faith.” The Bible says when they make godliness a way to get rich, they have “corrupt minds” and “have turned their backs on the truth.” (1 Timothy 6:5-6)

David did say, “I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous abandoned or his children begging for bread.” (Psalm 37:25)

But there’s a big difference between “wealth” and “begging for bread.”

@Kevoh, there was a place in the bible where Peter said that it is good not to marry. Jesus further said that for as many that can recieve the saying may choose not to marry. Guy i have really studied the bible o, so i know what am saying.

Infact, it was all Jesus disciples that gave that response in which Peter only lead the team.

Matthew 19: 9-10

9 I tell youthat anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and
marries another woman commits adultery.”

10 The disciples said to him, “If this is the situation between a husband
and wife, it is better not to marry.”

The disciples were reacting to what he said in Verse 9. . . it wasn't peter but the disciples which is not the name of any particular person.

Again you don't know the bible half as much as you think you do...
