Mtcheew,
Mbaka himself is a cultist,
I think is message was more of leave your cult and join mine.
Note: I see nothing wrong in benign cultism,
after all there is freedom of association.

He is not a politician, just as Jesus was not. He was only advising and saying what ought to be the truth just as Jesus was telling and advising the Jews, pharisees and the saddusees.

Whatever happened to Moses, Elijah and other prominent men of God you fought for the liberation of their people? Abi the bondage you are swimming in is perfect for you? Better watch it and leave those who knows when to call a spade to do so.

I will show u the road to adoration ground sef.
Sometimes I wonder if people are enslaved by the kind of domineering informations downloaded into their mindset even against their wish. Sometimes I feel as if all that is preached is the history of politics and the criticism of politicians without any spiritual backup as to the main reason for attendance. You end up going home from the holy ground only to start arguing over politics and the new discovery and informations heard from the man of God.
Not that they don't have say in politics but not to the detriment of the congregation. I don't know but I may be wrong but thats all I observed. His opinion cannot be other's opinion.

i don't like to read headlines where he is involved in politics ni because he us not the only cleric in Nigeria. Especially considering the last scandal about him and the Jonathans. He could easily be dirty in mind in the name of politics.
Well everybody cannot be dumb! somebody has to speak for the masses.
He is not the only one. Elijah did when he solely picked up a wicked king in the bible and with God on his side he prophesy doom for d king and his wife if they refuse to change their evil ways and the rest was history.
Fr. Mbaka and Elijah are not speaking for themselves because they can afford to take care of themselves but they spoke for U and I.
So my brother, all he needs is our support and prayers so that when we join forces, this country will be a better place for Us and our unborn generation.

I didn't want to comment before now ..but its good to note that nothing stops a man of God from correcting our political leaders when they are wrong. Its very biblical. Go tru the scritures, no true prophet played indifferent to the condition of the suffering masses starting from Samuel, elijah, elisha etc. The injustice is too much in this country, pple are suffering and wallowing in abject poverty and a few are busy enriching themselves with the nations resources. And pple are here criticizing the mouthpiece of God who is even bold enough to challenge the bad leaders of our time. If a man of God doesn't tell the king he is unjust, who will? Is the subjects who re being ruled and oppressed? I wish more true men of God will rise and challenge the injustice in the land cos they shud be independent of any party or interest and be neutral enough to speak the truth for the people . Believe me we will have a better nation. That's my humble submission. I greet oo my people .

Exactly, John the baptist dem...name them . Its part of the calling of a true man of God to speak for the pple..and tell the king/leaders the truth. Not those that shape their mouth cos of their interest. A man of God speaks exactly what the holy spirit says..u don't modify it to suit Man. Obedience to God is priority . Politics is for the good of the pple so how can one separat it frm the office of a prophet? Whose job is it to speak the truth without fear? Or re u saying truth shud be restricted to some aspects

God owns everythng including politics thus men of God who incoporate politics have nt erred.the muslims understand this perfectly, they believe Allah owns everythng;their entire life and reasoning, including politics, hence they are successful politically, jst because a typical muslim cnt separate religion frm politics.dats extreme though, but we Christians on d contrary shy away to involve God in politics and dats y we fail to get it right.its common to hear among us things like "abeg dis one nobi God matter;this is politics".thats myopic.my take is dat let there be moderation but let me not hear again that men of God shld not talk abt politics.d last time i checked, politicians are created by God.
