Misplaced priority

Stealing is a crime and should be punished with 100 years + family and friends jailed

if they don't steal

Schools will be well equipped

teachers will be well paid

Well paid = hard work

Hard work = imparting knowledge

Knowledge = improvement & innovation

Improvement & innovation = great nation


You jail a student you are killing his tomorrow

Kill tomorrow = more miscreants in society


Miscreants = 3rd world nation

My opinion:

This is unnecessary.

For a country with poor and congested correctional facilities, why jail exam malpractice offenders for 7 years? Rusticate them with qualitative hours of community service. This is a better deterrent!
